Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at abdobojdour@gmail.com. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
